PetrolManiac is an informational service: we aggregate and analyze publicly available collector car market data — auction results, asking prices, listings — and publish tools and editorial content built on that data. We are not a marketplace, a dealer, a broker, an importer or an appraiser, and nothing on this site creates any client or advisory relationship.
Prices, valuations, market signals, trends and import cost estimates are provided for informational purposes only. They are statistical aggregates over public data and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, customs or legal advice, nor an offer or appraisal of any specific vehicle. Sold prices and asking prices are labeled separately where the data allows; asking prices do not represent completed transactions. Import duty rates, tax thresholds and freight estimates are approximate and change without notice — always verify with a licensed customs broker before a purchase.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the data accurate and fresh, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, current or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetrolManiac is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the data or tools on this site, including purchase, sale, import or investment decisions.
Site content, design, editorial material and data compilations are the property of PetrolManiac. You may quote small excerpts with attribution and a link; you may not scrape, republish or redistribute the database or substantial parts of it without permission. Underlying records are aggregated from public sources and link back to their originals; vehicle makes and model names are trademarks of their respective owners — see data sources.
Shop purchases are paid via Stripe and produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner Printful. Prices are shown at checkout including applicable fees; shipping times are estimates. Since items are printed to order, returns are accepted for defective or misprinted items — contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you. Statutory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to bulk-extract data. We may block traffic that degrades the service for others.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always published on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
